Note:
1. The track name cannot be same to existing tracks and cannot start with '_'.
2. The data must be compressed and indexed by Tabix.
3. User can either provide accessible data URL link (recommended) or locally upload data and index files.
4. For URL link, the data file and index file must be placed together, the index file name should be data file name + '.tbi'.
5. The data file should follow standard format. Check the format standard of VCF and GVF.
6. The header line '#CHROM...' is required for VCF file.
